- We do not sell, rent, or share WhatsApp user data with third parties for commercial purposes
Users are responsible for complying with applicable Meta and WhatsApp Business policies.

- Use the Service only for lawful and legitimate purposes
- Not misuse the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system

What Happens After Deletion:
- Your personal data will be permanently removed from our system
- You will no longer be able to access related services

9. Intellectual Property
All system content, software, and materials are owned by Tien Hsia Language School and protected under applicable laws.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
